Panel: Linda Thiel discusses social value in the built environment

When: 17 May

Location: U+I, 7A Howick Place, London SW1P 1DZ

Architect Linda Thiel, director of White’s London studio, participates in a panel discussion around social value in the built environment.

Organised by RealWorth and co-hosted by U+I and Social Value UK, the panel discussion will explore how the ability to place a monetary value on social and environmental change can result in more and better sustainable decisions in the built environment.

The purpose of the event is to kick-start a debate on the way development is valued, and then use this momentum to create a forum for those who want to continue the conversation and improve practice across the industry.

Alongside Linda, the panel includes Richard Upton (Deputy Chief Executive of U+I), Prof. Erik Bichard (Co-founder and Director of RealWorth), Vincent Neate (SVUK Board Member and former Head of Sustainable Services at KPMG) and Jonathan Schifferes (member of the RSA Inclusive Growth Commission team).
