H+ is the biggest municipal engineering project for Helsingborg in modern times. The focus is areas to the south of the city.

A total of 63 teams from throughout Europe showed interest in the open competition, of which five teams have been chosen. The other contenders are Foster & Partners from the UK, KCAP Architects & planners from the Netherlands, Space Group from Norway and Schönherr Landscape from Denmark. All have been chosen for their ability to combine innovation, experience and understanding of Helsingborg’s prerequisites. Common to the teams is also that they are all experts in the fields of environment, traffic planning, cultural planning, and risk management and property economics.

The competition proposals must be completed by the middle of February.
